HCA Houston Healthcare Pearland is seeking a Director of the Cardiac Cath Lab to oversee adult and geriatric patient care, collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and ICU teams, and lead staff and resources in the Cath Lab. The ideal candidate will bring extensive Cath Lab nursing leadership, Texas licensure, and CPR/advanced life support credentials.

This role emphasizes program development, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or related bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current Texas licensure with State Board of Nurse Examiners or CMRT license.
• CCRN preferred.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required.

Aufgaben

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Manage Cath Lab staff, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain and improve professional knowledge.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Support hospital mission and departmental goals.
• Evaluate clinical competence of Cath Lab staff.
• Assign nursing care responsibilities to qualified RNs.
