Qualifications

Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or obtained within 30 days.
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or obtained within 30 days.
RN - Registered Nurse licensure.
Minimum 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab (CVL) clinical nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
Minimum 2 years of management experience as a Nursing Manager or Nursing Director in an acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality service and ensure efficient operations on a 24-hour basis.
Lead staff, optimize resource allocation, and foster strong relationships with patients, physicians, and healthcare providers.
Promote teamwork and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
