Indiana Regional Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator Nursing for the Cardiac Catheterization/Angio Lab. The role leads daily operations, coordinates cardiovascular registries, and supports quality improvement while ensuring staffing and clinician collaboration for high-quality patient care.

The position requires BSN or equivalent, 3–5 years of nursing experience in cardiac settings, and PA RN licensure. BLS/ACLS and RCIS are preferred; on-site, full-time, Indiana, PA location.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in cardiac catheterization or related fields.
• Previous charge nurse, clinical coordinator, educator, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with cardiovascular registries and quality improvement preferred.
• Experience with CathPCI, ICD, Chest Pain Center, or related cardiovascular quality programs preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification and dysrhythmia required; Licensure as RN in Pennsylvania; RCIS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cardiovascular registries data collection, validation, submission and follow-up.
• Provide leadership for registry audits and external data validation activities.
• Coordinate daily staffing and provider scheduling for the department.
• Monitor compliance with departmental policies and standards; develop corrective action plans as needed.
• Coordinate staff orientation, education and competency validation for Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory personnel.
• Support quality and performance improvement initiatives within the lab and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
