You will participate in a multidisciplinary team, document accurately in the EHR, and support patient and family needs while adhering to department policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license in the appropriate state(s); Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Applies the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
