Qualifications

• Requires ADN and GA RN licensure at hire.

• Preference for BSN or higher.
• Experience delivering direct patient care in acute settings is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patients for acute changes.
• Administer medications and therapies in accordance with patient rights and safety policies.
• Respond to rapidly changing conditions and escalate concerns promptly.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
• Create and sustain a healing environment, advocating for patient dignity and comfort.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
