- Master's degree from an accredited program (nursing or PA)
- Active cardiology APP certification/eligibility per state requirements
- Current Illinois RN license and APRN license or PA license with privileges
Responsibilities
- Conducts direct patient care in CROU and PACU
- Prescribes/orders meds and therapies with clinical privileges
- Collaborates with physicians and health professionals
- Educates patients and families; mentors students
- Participates in quality improvement and research initiatives
