Allina Health is seeking a Patient Care Assistant/CNA to join our Minnesota team on permanent night shifts. Under the direction of an RN, you will assist with feeding, bathing, grooming and daily activities, and you will collect vital signs and document health data.

The role is 0.7 FTE with 8-hour nights and every other weekend. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits as part of the Allina Health system.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old or 17+ with HS diploma/GED.
• Successful CNA program completion or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
• Experience in direct patient care encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of patient care under RN supervision.
• Perform personal care tasks and document observations.
• Collect vitals and monitor patient status.
• Help with transfers, ambulation and mobility as needed.
• Maintain safety and follow care plans and policies.
