As a Nursing Assistant, you will assist with daily activities, monitor health status, and help maintain patient comfort and safety. The position is 0.6 FTE with day/evening shifts and every-other weekend, offering competitive hourly pay and union considerations.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program or equivalent
• One semester of clinical rotations in an accredited nursing program or completion of Allina Health Nursing Assistant Academy
• Previous direct patient care experience preferred or required by role

Aufgaben

• Assist in delivery of patient care under RN supervision
• Perform personal care tasks: feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming; repositioning and transporting patients
• Collect and document vital signs and health status data
• Answer patient call lights promptly and assist with meals and hydration
• Support fall prevention, safety, and proper body mechanics during transfers and moves
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges and post-mortem care as needed
• Document according to guidelines and report deviations to RN
