Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking an individual to maintain daily functions of the Payments/Card Services Department and provide quality service to members.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with strong MS Office and Excel data skills. Familiarity with Visa programs and card operations is a plus. This is an on-site role based in Sandy, UT.

Qualifications

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; ability to create charts from Excel data.
• Adobe Writer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal customers with payments and card services queries.
• Provide quality service to MACU members and external customers.
• Open and disperse interoffice mail; respond to inquiries via email/IM.
• Maintain card records and process card-related adjustments; file maintenance for Visa programs.
• Assist with educating branches about ATM/Card services and support vendor interactions.

Sends detailed notification to cardholder.* Specializes in 2 or more specific tasks.* Orders currency for ATM’s.* Responds to ATM faults by placing necessary service calls and follows through with completion of service.* Receives after-hour ATM faults through monitoring system and takes necessary measures to see the fault is resolved and machines are back up in service.* Services corporate ATMs on a regular basis.* Works closely with Branches and third party vendors during ATM interventions.* Assists with educating branches about ATM/Card services.* Issues cards and Pins; Performs balancing and general functions of instant card program.* Issue and file maintenance for Visa Gift Card Program.* Ensures quality service and customer resolution regarding Visa Rewards.* Opens and Issues approved Visa corporate credit accounts for MACU employees.* Sends cards and card machine supplies to branches when needed.* Performs other duties assigned. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES**The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
