Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience supporting credit card services, banking or financial services industry preferred.
• Recent lending experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle correspondence with members and employees via phone, email, and secure messaging.
• Process requests for card-related services including fees, adjustments, refunds, and card orders.
• Ensure accurate credit card reporting to Credit Reporting Agencies and respond to disputes.
