You will drive fraud prevention, ensure PCI and network compliance, manage card processors and partners, and partner with teams to grow secure, seamless payment solutions for our members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in card services or payments, financial services operations, or related.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of debit/credit card operations, fraud prevention, dispute processing, networks, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Card Services team.
• Oversee daily operations for debit cards, credit cards, card issuance, servicing, disputes, and payment processing.
• Drive fraud prevention strategies and oversee card security initiatives to protect members and minimize losses.
• Ensure compliance with payment network requirements and PCI standards.
• Manage relationships with card processors, payment networks, and third-party service providers.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, enhance the member experience, and expand digital payment solutions.
• Analyze card portfolio performance, fraud trends, and operational metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to support growth, innovation, and member engagement.
