We are seeking an experienced Card Services Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Card Services Department and help lead a team dedicated to providing accurate, efficient, and exceptional service to our members.
In this role, you will provide direction, coaching, and support to Card Services staff while assisting management with department operations, employee development, fraud prevention, disputes, compliance, reporting, and process improvements. You will serve as a key resource for both employees and members, helping resolve escalated issues and ensuring card operations are conducted in accordance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Job Title is commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges:
Card Services Assistant Manager- $80,000 to $100,000 annually
