FNBO is seeking a dynamic sales professional to develop and grow our card personalization business. You will drive direct sales and expand the business through a multi‑channel strategy, leveraging partnerships and a strong network in financial services.

The Ideal Candidate will have 5+ years in business development or sales with card/financial industry experience, a bachelor’s degree or higher, and the ability to travel about 30% to meet clients and close deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales with prior card or financial industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong ability to sell to qualified card issuers and corporate prospects, build external and internal relationships, and create long‑term, profitable growth.
• Frequent travel of approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through market evaluation, targeted outreach, and relationship‑building activities.
• Identify and pursue prospect opportunities that demonstrate strong fit based on interest, scalability, and strategic alignment.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close.
• Achieve or exceed annual new client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct direct sales activities at trade shows and industry conferences to generate leads and expand referral networks.
