Job summary

FNBO is seeking an energetic sales professional to build and grow our card personalization business. You will lead direct sales, develop a multi-channel strategy, and foster partnerships to drive revenue.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business development or sales within financial services, a strong network, and proven negotiation skills. Travel is expected about 30% as part of outreach and relationship-building efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or sales in financial services, with card industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong ability to build external/internal relationships and generate profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through market evaluation, targeted outreach, and relationship-building activities.
• Identify and pursue prospect opportunities that demonstrate strong fit based on interest, scalability, and strategic alignment.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close.
• Achieve or exceed annual new client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct direct sales activities at trade shows and industry conferences to generate leads and expand referral networks.
