Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent certification.
• 2+ years experience in Project or Process Management.
• 1+ year experience in Third-Party Vendor Management.
• 1+ year experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, milestones and execution to keep schedules on track.
• Identify delays or bottlenecks and collaborate with partners on mitigation.
• Facilitate regular syncs with internal teams and external suppliers for clear communication.
• Serve as primary liaison for supplier Project Manager to ensure alignment with technical and timing requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Leads to translate system requirements into supplier tasks.
• Review test results and outputs to ensure alignment with business intent.
• Maintain thorough documentation of progress, decisions, and readiness checklists.
• Identify and track technical or operational issues to drive timely resolutions.
