Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in Project or Process Management.
• 1+ year of experience in Third-Party Vendor Management.
• 1+ year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

• Plan and own project execution, manage milestones, keep plans on schedule.
• Manage timelines and mitigation plans with cross-functional partners.
• Facilitate tactical syncs with internal teams and external suppliers for clear accountability.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison for supplier Project Manager and align with Capital One requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Leads to translate system requirements into tasks.
• Review and validate test results to ensure alignment with business intent.
• Maintain rigorous documentation of progress, decisions, and readiness checklists.
• Identify and track technical or operational issues through resolution.
