Job summary

Capital One's BC&P division seeks a Senior Manager of Project Management to lead a team of project managers delivering high-priority initiatives for Business Cards and Payments. You’ll design plans and roadmaps, partner with stakeholders, and navigate complex environments to drive outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or military experience, 6+ years PM experience, 2+ years people management, and preferred MBA, PMP/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 6 years of Project Management or Program Management experience.
• At least 2 years of People Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-priority initiatives and work streams that span across Business Cards and Payments and Capital One, directly and through a team of project managers.
• Design, develop, and manage project plans and delivery roadmaps in a complex dynamic environment.
• Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical recommendations in support of project delivery.
• Drive solutions to complex problems across cross-functional teams by applying sound business judgment to navigate trade-offs between competing priorities.
• Communicate status, impediments, and risks/issues across all levels of the program.
