Snap Finance is seeking an experienced Manager of Card Compliance Operations to lead the regulatory and legal support for our Seen Card Risk & Compliance team. You will partner with Legal, Operations, and bank partners to ensure precise regulatory adherence for our credit card products.

Remote work is possible within the continental United States, with Chicago or Salt Lake City candidates preferred. This role demands strong knowledge of consumer credit laws and proven cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8 years in compliance, legal operations, risk management, or audit within financial services.
• Experience supporting U.S. consumer credit card products (private label and Visa/Mastercard).
• Strong knowledge of consumer financial laws (TILA/Reg Z, FCBA, FDCPA, FCRA, EFTA, UDAAP, state laws).
• Experience handling subpoenas, attorney inquiries, search warrants, and document production.
• Familiarity with bank partner oversight in fintech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of compliance and legal support for the card business.
• Coordinate responses to subpoenas, requests, and regulatory inquiries.
• Review and fulfill law enforcement requests and regulatory examinations.
• Provide day-to-day compliance guidance to business partners.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Operations, Product, and bank partners to ensure regulatory obligations are met.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen CMS controls.
• Manage recurring reporting for bank partners and governance materials.
