New York City Transit is seeking a Manager of Carborne System Data Maintenance to oversee software and hardware configuration for carborne applications across subway fleets. You will develop configuration control documentation, commission and accept workstations, and lead hardware and software updates.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with network troubleshooting, cybersecurity considerations, and collaboration with IT and shop teams to ensure reliable railcar systems and incident

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with 7+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Experience with NYCT environment and railcar maintenance/shops preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software and hardware configuration management for carborne systems.
• Manage team of engineers for software evaluations, cybersecurity, and documentation.
• Oversee in-house software development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide training and support to maintenance personnel.
• Ensure compliance with governance, escrow, and safety standards.
