Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Manassas Park, VA is seeking a Team Leader to help run the facility and operations. You will provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service, assist in opening and closing the facility, and support the management team as a strong example for colleagues.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with the opportunity for weekly commission, flexible scheduling, and both part-time and full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
