Qualifications

• Previous sales or leadership experience.
• Ability to display excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, and operate in a fast-moving environment with or without accommodation.
• Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in an outdoor climate during seasonal weather conditions.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Able to pass a contingent background screening.

Responsibilities

• Grow membership sales and meet site sales goals.
• Manage car wash site financial accounting, invoicing, labor, and cash deposits/reconciliation.
• Ensure proper inventory of chemicals, office supplies, and uniforms.
• Communicate daily with District or Market Manager regarding concerns or issues.
• Assess, communicate, and resolve vehicle damage complaints.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance of team members, assistant site managers, and support staff.
• Administer feedback and disciplinary action to team members as needed.
• Satisfactorily resolve customer and team member complaints, including partnering with Human Resources.
• Maintain understanding of how site equipment works; perform maintenance and troubleshoot on-site equipment.
• Oversee safety of employees and car wash site and respond to safety incidents appropriately.
• Demonstrate professionalism and respectful communication at all times.
• Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures, including escalating matters that may violate company policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
