Job summary

Okie Express Auto Wash in Tulsa, OK is seeking a customer service associate to greet customers, explain wash packages, and promote Loyalty Programs. You will help customers select options and ensure vehicles are prepared for the wash in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

We value teamwork, reliability, and the ability to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided; employees receive free car washes and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to pass a contingent background screening.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in seasonal weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers by delivering the highest level of customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wash packages and promotions.
• Explain and promote Loyalty and Rewards membership programs.
• Ensure that vehicles entering the car wash are in proper condition; identify damage before wash.
• Guide customers to safely enter or exit the car wash tunnel and operate equipment.
• Safely utilize car wash equipment and chemicals.
• Open and/or close the car wash as required for daily operation.
• Cleaning tasks such as taking out garbage, sweeping the lot, and general upkeep.
• Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
