Job summary

Tommy’s Express is seeking a Retail Assistant Site Leader to oversee daily car wash operations and guest experiences, under the direction of the general manager. The role requires managing labor, safety, and quality standards while ensuring high guest satisfaction and adherence to franchise guidelines.

You will train and mentor staff, handle complaints professionally, monitor performance metrics, and support continuous improvement across all aspects of the site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of assistant managerial experience.
• Proven guest service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask in a dynamic setting.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the site, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Plan and manage staff schedule up to three weeks in advance to meet labor budgets.
• Maintain safe, clean, and well‑maintained service areas and facilities.
• Investigate guest complaints and ensure top-notch guest service across operations.
• Perform POS and computer-related system tasks and reporting.
• Open, mid, and closing shifts on a rotating weekly basis.
• Retain and develop guest relations and manage team performance.
