Gen3 Tommys Express Llc in Big Rapids, MI is seeking an Assistant Site Leader to oversee daily car wash operations, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold safety, cleanliness, and profitability, and lead the site team to meet franchise standards.

You will schedule work, manage invoices, handle guest issues, supervise openings and closings, and drive KPI performance while training and developing staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of assistant managerial experience in a customer-facing setting.
• Demonstrated guest service excellence and strong communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems, multitask, and lead a team effectively.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional training a plus.
• Experience managing schedules, labor, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness and profitability.
• Track invoices for payment and record in the Management App.
• Schedule work 3 weeks in advance to meet labor budgets.
• Manage openings, mid-shift and closing shifts weekly.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure top-notch guest service.
• Perform POS tasks and other computer system responsibilities.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and reports; enforce inspections.
• Review timecards and assist with HR-related actions when needed.
• Mentor and develop team members and drive KPI performance.
