Job summary

Tommy's Express is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee daily operations and help uphold company standards at our Michigan locations. You will lead staff, manage schedules, and ensure top-tier guest service while driving profitability and performance metrics.

-qualified candidates will have strong managerial experience, customer service excellence, and the ability to train and develop team members in a fast-paced car wash environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a successful guest service role.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and multi-task.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Protect the interests of the company and profitability; grow the business.
• Ensure that all policies are current and followed.
• Monitor dashboard and delegate as needed.
• Manage opening, mid, and closing shifts weekly.
• Lead weekly meetings with Assistant Site Leaders and review issues.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to all staff.
• Communicate daily with Assistant Site Leaders.
• Track and process invoices in the Management App.
• Keep personnel paperwork secure and up-to-date.
• Interview and hire top candidates.
• Create 3-week schedules aligned with sales and labor budgets.
• Set clear, measurable goals for team members.
• Handle disciplinary and HR issues.
• Develop Shift Leaders for future roles.
• Conduct on-site performance evaluations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained operation.
• Complete monthly site inspections.
• Investigate guest complaints and ensure top-notch service.
• Perform POS and computer-related tasks.
• Drive KPI achievement within the franchise.
• Be an ambassador for Unlimited Club.
• Uphold the Standard of Operations Guide.
• Lead as the face of the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
