Tommy's Express is seeking a Retail Assistant Site Leader in Michigan to assist the site manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards across daily operations. You will handle scheduling, inventory, and guest relations while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of assistant management and strong communication skills, with a proactive approach to training and coaching team members in a fast-paced car wash environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of assistant management experience.
• Proven experience in a guest service role.
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and multitask effectively.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations under the general manager to ensure standards are met.
• Manage invoices and recordkeeping in the Management App.
• Plan and maintain 3-week labor schedules aligned with projected sales and labor budget.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑maintained facility.
• Address guest complaints and ensure top-notch service across operations.
• Perform POS and computer system tasks and support daily transactions.
• Manage opening, mid, and closing shifts weekly.
• Build guest relations and retain customers; oversee inventory and reports.
• Communicate operations updates with leadership and enforce hourly inspections.
