Tommy's Express Car Wash in Taylor, MI is looking for a Shift Lead to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will supervise daily site operations, ensure high standards, and help achieve financial targets while reporting to the general manager.

Qualifications

• 2-6 months team member experience.
• Proven experience in a successful customer service role.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; must pass a drug test.
• Experience with Tommy’s University training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the site.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests; ensure staff follow service guidelines.
• Manage opening/closing tasks and daily reporting.
• Drive for top KPI performance within the franchise.
• Train and develop team members; enforce policies and procedures.
