Qualifications

• 2–4 years of managerial experience.
• 2 years training experience.
• Proven guest service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and profitability.
• Maintain company policies and standards.
• Lead weekly meetings with site leaders.
• Train and develop Assistant Site Leaders and team.
• Manage scheduling and labor budget.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure top service.
• Oversee safety, cleanliness, and inspections.
