This role serves as the on-site business owner, responsible for staff performance, profitability, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. It reports to the District Manager and may involve leading Assistant Managers and frontline team

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality car wash experience.
• Ensure team compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, audits, and service standards.
• Maintain a professional, clean, customer-ready site.
• Collaborate with facilities and support teams to report and resolve equipment issues; perform basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate significant concerns to partners.
• Perform other duties to support the team and business.
