Job summary

Radiant Express Car Wash in New York is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations during shifts, delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth workflow across stations.

You will lead a team of guest service advisors, coach performance, and maintain safety and brand standards while adapting to outdoor conditions. Fluency in English, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the car wash industry, automotive service, or related field.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Be eager to learn, motivate others, and develop new skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Operate with respect and integrity.
• Commitment to upholding company values and fostering a positive work environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Fluent in English.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
• General knowledge of maintenance tools and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
• Build genuine relationships with our guests by delivering exceptional guest service and operational excellence at every interaction.
• Supervise and coach a team of guest service advisors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent performance and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor car wash processes and equipment to ensure proper operation, cleanliness, and safety compliance, and address any issues or malfunctions promptly.
• Train new team members on car wash procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with brand and company standards to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
• Safely and clearly direct guests at every station throughout the site, with a smile and a wave.
• Assist in the daily upkeep and maintenance.
• Follow all Radiant Express Car Wash company policies, safety procedures and brand standards.
