Job summary

Mr Wash Car Wash is expanding its management team in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and is seeking motivated leaders to run efficient operations, develop strong teams, and deliver consistent results across sites. You'll oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and customer service, train and coach team members, manage cash handling and safety protocols, and monitor equipment and performance metrics.

What You'll Do

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Prior leadership/supervisory experience (retail, restaurant, service industry, or similar)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Mechanical or equipment maintenance experience is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you the rest
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working outdoors and around equipment/chemicals
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Must be willing to work outside in all seasons.
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time/entire work shift.
• Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach and step to perform job duties.
• Ability to carry, lift, push, pull and move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.
• Move safely over uneven and wet terrain and in confined spaces.
