Job summary

Radiant Express Car Wash in Florida is seeking a Car Wash Shift Leader to guide daily operations and lead a fast-paced team.

You will deliver outstanding guest service, supervise shifts, train team members, and ensure safety and brand standards follow through each interaction. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Operate with respect and integrity.
• Be eager to learn, develop new skills and lead a shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Fluent in English.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
• General knowledge of maintenance tools and hardware.
