Job summary

Radiant Express Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Attendant / Guest Service Advisor (GSA) to join a fast-paced team focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence. You will greet guests, direct them through stations, and help maintain a clean site while upholding safety and brand standards.

The role emphasizes building relationships with guests, delivering friendly service, and being eager to learn and grow within the company’s internal promotion pathway.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Operate with respect and integrity.
• Be eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Fluent in English.
