Whistle Express is seeking a Shift Lead to run the lot when management isn’t on-site. You’ll set the standard, lead the crew, and ensure the site runs smoothly with a focus on safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.

You will greet guests, oversee wash operations, manage opening/closing, assign tasks, and resolve issues to keep service fast and enjoyable for every guest. The role is physically active and outdoors, with ownership mindset and accountability for the site’s performance.
