Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to set the standard on the lot. You’ll run shifts when management isn’t on-site, lead the crew, and ensure the site is clean, guests are served well, and quality is maintained.

You’ll engage customers, promote unlimited wash memberships, and train the team to uphold Whistle’s Sparkle Assurance. This role demands physical activity, outdoor work, and a dedication to safety and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide a positive, friendly experience.
• Promote memberships and services to drive engagement and sales.
• Direct vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and ensure proper positioning.
• Prepare vehicles for washing and remove obstacles as needed.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions to keep operations smooth.
• Follow safety protocols to protect customers, team members and equipment.
• Lead the team during shifts and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Inspect vehicles for quality and address missed spots or streaks to uphold standards.
