Job summary

Autowash is seeking a skilled Facility Manager to oversee one or more locations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and brand standards. You will manage daily operations, perform inspections, coordinate maintenance, and supervise site staff to keep washes open and welcoming for customers.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong organization, and the ability to report issues with photos and tickets.

Qualifications

Must have basic computer and maintenance skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general software.
Fundamental understanding of networking hardware, PLCs and VDFs.

Responsibilities

Complete opening procedures, daily checklists, and visual inspections.
Maintain parking lots, wash bays, vacuums, and all customer-facing areas.
Remove trash, sweep debris, pressure wash surfaces, and ensure tidy landscaping.
Inspect the property for hazards or deterioration (block damage, signage, cracked pavement, lighting outages, etc.).
Perform routine seasonal tasks (salt prep, snow removal monitoring, weed control).
Report all building or site issues with detailed service tickets and photos.
Observe wash system behavior and note symptoms of downtime or underperformance.
Complete light preventative tasks and basic repairs when safe and trained.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and enforce brand standards.
