Job summary

Autowash is seeking an Area Manager to lead operations across multiple car wash locations. The role requires strategic leadership, strong analytics, and a focus on cost efficiency while maintaining high customer service levels.

The ideal candidate will guide facility managers, optimize resource use, and drive standardization of procedures across sites to ensure brand integrity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
• Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of facility managers to oversee property management activities across multiple locations.
• Represent Autowash brand and ensure positive customer experience at each site.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to maximize efficiency and resource use across locations.
• Provide training and performance management to staff for cohesive teamwork and service excellence.
• Regularly report on operational metrics and financial performance to senior management.
• Coordinate repair/installation projects with vendors and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor budgets, equipment, stock, and cash collection processes.
• Perform cleaning duties as needed to maintain site cleanliness.
• Collaborate with management to uphold quality standards and professional image.
