Job summary

Autowash Car Washes seeks a Facility Manager to own the upkeep, safety, and readiness of one or more Denver-area locations. You will ensure buildings, grounds, and customer touchpoints reflect brand standards, while supporting minor maintenance and overseeing long-term property integrity.

Responsibilities include inspections, maintaining exteriors, landscaping, lighting, and reports with photos. You will also handle light wash-system tasks and inventory, ensuring a clean, welcoming site for

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related maintenance/ops experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Android tablets and PC hardware/software.
• Ability to learn Microsoft Office and related software.
• Basic understanding of networking hardware, PLCs, VDFs and reset procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform outdoor duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening procedures, daily checklists, and visual inspections.
• Maintain parking lots, wash bays, vacuums, and customer-facing areas.
• Report issues with detailed service tickets and photos.
• Identify hazards and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Interact professionally with customers on site.
• Drive a company vehicle between assigned sites as needed.
