Job summary

Autowash is seeking a Facility Manager in the Denver area to oversee full property upkeep, safety, and customer readiness across locations. The role emphasizes building exterior, grounds, lighting, and signage maintenance to reflect the Autowash brand standards.

The FM will primarily focus on long-term property integrity while supporting basic maintenance tasks, communicating repair needs, and ensuring a clean, operable site for customers.

Qualifications

• Regularly required to perform computer-related tasks using Android tablets and PC hardware/software.
• Minimum 2–3 years of related experience.
• Education preferred in HVAC, Plumbing, Welding, Automotive, or Coding; experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening procedures, daily checklists, and visual inspections.
• Maintain parking lots, wash bays, vacuums, and all customer-facing areas.
• Remove trash and debris and ensure tidy landscaping.
• Inspect property for hazards or deterioration (signage, pavement, lighting).
• Perform routine seasonal tasks (salt prep, snow removal monitoring, weed control).
• Report building or site issues with detailed service tickets and photos.
• Observe wash system behavior and note downtime or underperformance.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on vacuums and hoses when safe.
• Restock basic consumables and maintenance supplies.
