Job summary

Autowash in Denver is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the full upkeep, safety, and customer readiness of one or more locations. This role centers on complete property ownership, ensuring the site reflects the Autowash brand in exterior, signage, lighting, and cleanliness.

The FM will perform opening procedures, conduct daily inspections, and coordinate routine maintenance while proactively identifying issues and documenting them with tickets and photos.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, grounds, and facilities operations.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems is desirable.
• Ability to document issues with photos and service tickets.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening procedures and daily inspections.
• Maintain parking lots, wash bays, vacuums, and customer areas.
• Remove trash, sweep debris, and manage landscaping.
• Inspect property for hazards or deterioration.
• Perform seasonal tasks (snow/weed control).
• Report issues with tickets and photos.
• Observe system performance and downtime indicators.
• Assist with light maintenance within safety guidelines.
• Manage weekly inventory and restock consumables.
• Interact professionally with customers on site.
• Maintain brand standards for appearance and signage.
• May work at multiple Denver-area locations.
