Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager in Pensacola to lead a 10-15 person team on site, driving daily operations, guest experience, and safety while modeling professional conduct. You will motivate staff and help the team meet goals in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers growth within a dynamic outdoor setting, with competitive hourly pay, weekly commission opportunities, and a schedule of 35-45 hours per week. Leadership experience is required.

Formación

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees, creating a culture of teamwork and fun.
• Fast paced and structured work environment.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Assist in the training and developing employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
