Prime Car Wash is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee all operations at our wash location and guide the team toward exceptional service. This role focuses on driving sales, managing employee relations, and mentoring staff to deliver consistent quality.

It serves as a steppingstone toward a General Manager position as we expand. You will collaborate with your team to maintain top-notch service, own all aspects of the wash, and provide leadership and coaching to empower success across

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of prior leadership and management experience.
• Willingness to learn about car wash tunnel equipment operations, maintenance, and repair.
• Proven track record of success in managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash facility.
• Manage opening and closing procedures of the wash location.
• Coach and mentor employees to enhance wash quality.
• Engage with customers to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all roles at Prime Car Wash, including sales, labor, detailing, and management.
• Manage car wash equipment operations and oversee the ordering of wash chemicals, supplies, and products.
• Operate POS systems and other wash-related computer programs.
