Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to own a site, build a winning team and advance our mission of delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead operations, staffing, and daily performance to drive volume and membership growth.

The role requires at least 3 years of management experience, preferably in hospitality or automotive settings, and a strong focus on coaching, safety, and standards compliance. This is a full-time on-site position supporting our California locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years management experience required.
• Experience in car wash or automotive industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and develop all teammates.
• Create a culture of accountability within your site for LUV’s procedures.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and training processes are followed for all new teammates.
• Provide ongoing development, coaching and counseling to AGMs and key hourly staff.
• Partner with HR on disciplinary issues including investigations and terminations.
• Drive local volume and sales through community outreach and marketing efforts.
• Plan budgets and forecast with District Manager.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and timely commission submissions.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance at the site.
• Create weekly schedules and manage site labor to standards.
• Ensure customers have a great service experience and build memberships.
