Job summary

GO Car Wash in San Bernardino, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and help run the site under the Site General Manager. You’ll focus on delivering an exceptional car wash experience, meet safety standards, and drive service and sales performance.

You’ll hire, train, and coach teammates, organize schedules, and lead by example. The role offers an outdoor, active work environment with competitive health, 401(k), and paid time off, plus free car washes and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of management experience in a service-related business.
• Car wash experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site General Manager with daily car wash operations.
• Help hire, train, coach, and develop teammates to perform their jobs well.
• Ensure inventory, equipment, site, service and safety standards to deliver an exceptional car wash experience for customers.
• Address customer claims when they occur and drive sales growth.
