Gas-N-Wash is seeking a Car Wash Manager in Training in Illinois to learn how to lead a high-performing team while driving sales for memberships and services. You will master guest experience and work toward becoming a full Site Manager, with a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.

The role includes hands-on training, performance coaching, and opportunities to lead new locations as the company expands, with a base pay range and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in sales, retail, hospitality, or automotive services.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for memorable service.
• Strong people skills to motivate, coach, and build a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master all operational procedures including opening/closing, equipment checks, and inventory control.
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service for guests.
• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm to create a welcoming first impression.
• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
• Educate customers on benefits of different wash packages and add-ons.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining top-tier service.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the team to deliver excellence.
• Address customer feedback professionally to build loyalty.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to keep washes running smoothly.
