Job summary

Super Star Car Wash is seeking an energetic Manager in Training to lead outdoor operations and build a high-performing team. You will drive day‑to‑day management, ensure service excellence, and develop staff to grow membership sales and customer loyalty.

From day one, you’ll immerse yourself in operations, learn SOPs, and progress toward the General Manager role while delivering strong performance and profitability for the location.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience leading and developing a team in a high sales environment.
• Hands‑on, results‑driven mindset with a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash.
• Lead a clean, safe, fun, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
• Train and motivate staff to promote memberships.
• Manage employee scheduling, payroll, 1:1s, and performance evaluations.
