Mister Car Wash, Inc. is hiring for an Assistant General Manager in Training to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will work with a Certified Trainer to learn daily operations, safety, and site flow while driving performance and team growth. The program prepares you to advance to a General Manager role, with opportunities to lead your own location as the company expands nationwide.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience – at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer facing environment.
• Understanding of high-volume retail or service operations and delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
• Ability to take initiative and lead by example, modeling values while driving performance, motivation, and accountability.
• Strong coaching and development skills, giving clear feedback and helping teammates grow into new responsibilities.
• Stay organized and focused in fast-moving environments with competing priorities.
• Enjoy working with people and staying energized outdoors in a fast-paced setting through all weather conditions.
• Adapt quickly and grow into a leadership role in a rapidly expanding, people-first company.

• Learn the fundamentals of daily operations, from opening and closing routines to quality, safety, and maintaining site flow.
• Understand performance data and make decisions that drive results.
• Strengthen team development, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Learn basic functional and mechanical skills to maintain the facility and meet customer quality expectations.
