Summit Wash Holdings in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a frontline supervisor to lead daily operations at NEW Speeders Car Wash. You will greet customers, manage a small team, enforce safety, and ensure a clean, efficient car wash experience.

The role requires 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with an hourly rate of $20. We offer growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, health coverage, PTO, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 16 years or older
• 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual a plus
• Carwash experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Escalate concerns to Management and Human Resources when appropriate
• Offer training to employees not meeting our standards
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be successful
