Job summary

Summit Wash Holdings is seeking an experienced site leader for our New Brunswick, NJ operation to drive guest experiences and site performance. You will manage Advisors, Operators, Attendants and Supervisors to deliver fast, quality car washes in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

You will recruit, coach, and develop your team, ensure safety and profitability, and collaborate with nationwide initiatives while upholding Summit's values of integrity, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• 50+ hour work week – including evenings and weekends
• Advanced computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge
• 4+ years of successful management experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus
• Carwash experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct reports on site-specific analytics and issues
• Participate in nationwide and regional initiatives
• Drive business for your site of operation
• Develop your team and manage corrective action
• Repair minor mechanical issues
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
• Manage all fiscal responsibility for site
• Other duties as assigned
