Job summary

You will train staff, manage scheduling, stock vending items, and ensure Car Wash vacuum systems operate smoothly while upholding Circle K's standards.

Three-plus years in retail with supervisory experience is preferred; strong leadership, customer service, and reliable computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience with team building

Responsibilities

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Order and stock vending supplies.
• Train new hires and lead opening/closing checklists.
• Train on Fast Pass sales techniques.
• Respond to voicemails and emails promptly.
• Create an effective weekly schedule.
• Knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation and cleaning.
• Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses and PM reviews.
• Supervise teammates and identify training needs.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
